At AG LEGO Certified Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you change your mind, we offer returns on unworn apparel and unopened sets within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all LEGO-themed apparel tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
